Power Verse Race
The kids have a race to see who can find the Power Verse first in their Bibles.
They have to stand and read the verse (the younger kids get alot of help from
the volunteers and leaders to even things out a little bit. Who ever reads the
verse first, wins a prize (usually a piece of candy). We usually try to make
sure all of the kids find and read their verse so they can have a piece of
candy.
16. Bible Statement
While the kids still have out their Bible after the Power Verse Race, I ask
them to stand, hold up their Bibles and shout the Bible Statement after me.

This is my Bible!
I am what it says I am!
I can do what it says I can do!
I can have what it says I can have!
My mind is alert!
My heart is open!
I am about to receive
A life changing message
And I will never be the same
In Jesus' name!
